MONDAY NIGHTS 7:30-8:30pm, KINVER - starting November 1st 2021)
Join me for these inclusive gentle yoga classes to get your week off to a peaceful and nourishing start. These classes will be a mixture of meditation, relaxation practices, slow flowing movements and yin and restorative poses to help you connect with your body, mind and spirit. We will begin each class in Savasana (relaxation pose) giving you chance to let go of your day and come into a place of neutrality. From there we will explore breathing practices to establish the breath for our practice and create an intention for our class - I will always weave in lunar and seasonal themes to help you connect to nature. The class will then combine slow, mindful movements to help ease tension in the body, promote mobility and free up fascia. The class will then wind down with a combination of yin and restorative poses supported by props before heading back in to Savasana for final resting pose and a guided meditation.
Classes are run in terms and payable in blocks only - I cannot offer drop-in at the moment as class sizes are limited.

BOOKING To book in, payment of £55 needs to be paid in full before the start of term - please note I cannot reserve a space until payment is received. Once payment is received I will email you with a health questionnaire to fill in - all information is stored securely and is not shared with anyone else. Please be aware that non attended classes cannot be rolled over or credited

WHAT TO BRING Please bring your own yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and a blanket. Due to current Covid precautions I am unable to provide props and mats though I hope to be able to in the future.
COVID GUIDELINES I am operating as a Covid-19 secure business, and am adhering to both government guidelines and additional health and safety protocols to help keep us all safe and comfortable. It is imperative that you do not come to the class if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with anybody who has any Covid-19 symptoms. Please bring your own yoga mat and props (see what to bring section). Mats in the class will be laid out to encourage social distancing.
